Officially starts Yelcon Development, opening an office in Livermore. Graciously stepping away from a outstanding employer, with the inevitable long term plan of being a successful entrepreneur.

Becomes a proud father.

Who really wants to remember this year?

Relocates from the South Bay to the East Bay and becomes employed with a local Kitchen Design Center. Having a wonderful time partnering and running multiple crews and projects for nine years.

The present day – Continuing to work hard everyday and trying to keep pace with the ever changing economy. Kitchens and bathrooms still remain the main focus. Though God, his wife and two college aged sons take precedence over all.

1994

2020

Joe Yelavich, owner and contractor of Yelcon Development, moves to the west coast from the unbearably hot state of Texas to pursue the California dream of redwoods and ocean swells. Though college and working full time for a family construction company really got in the way.

Becomes a proud father, again!
